Is your paper instant dry?
Yes, all of Ink2Paper.com's coated paper is instant dry.

What DPI can I print using your paper?
All our coated paper can be printed on at 5760 DPI. You can also print at any other DPI setting you like below this. The higher the setting, the better quality the image.

How long will my order take to reach me?
Orders placed before 1PM will be despatched on the same day. We aim for your order to be delivered the next business day (UK only), 2 to 3 business days for Republic of Ireland. No orders are despatched or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. Delays in delivery may be experienced at busy periods such as Christmas.

Please advise us if you have any specific delivery requirements, particularly if you are planning to take the day off to receive the items, so that we may best serve those needs.

What are your delivery charges?
We offer free delivery to all orders despatched to a UK address. There is an additional charge for deliveries to Republic of Ireland (£15.00 including VAT).

Which Delivery Companies do you use?
We use various different couriers, Royal Mail or our own staff to arrange deliveries to our customers, dependant on the weight, value and urgency of each order.

Couriers will deliver during the day at times when you may not be home. Please give instructions as to where they can leave your item when placing the order.

Occassionally we may supply goods direct from the supplier, in which case the delivery company used will be the one used by the supplier in question.

We cannot guarantee the use of any particular means of delivery. Please talk to us if you have a specific requirement.

Are your products guaranteed at all?
Yes. All our products come with a 100% satisfaction money back guarantee.

What makes and models of printers can use your paper?
Our paper can be used in all makes and models of printers including Epson, Hewlett Packard, Canon, Lexmark etc.

When and how do you accept Payment?
You can pay for your order by cheque or credit/debit card. All methods of payment, including credit cards are processed when you place your order.

We occassionally offer accounts to our customers in which case extended payment terms are offered. Accounts can be settled by cheque or direct transfer.
